His entrepreneurial journey was shaped not only by financial and academic challenges but also by a significant personal health setback. Singh spent nearly a year bedridden due to health issues, an experience that profoundly changed his outlook on life and success. The difficult phase reinforced a belief that has remained central to his journey—that good health is the foundation upon which every ambition is built.

“When you’re healthy, you have the opportunity to dream, work, and build. But when your health is taken away, everything else takes a back seat. Being bedridden for almost a year taught me that health is life’s greatest asset. Once I recovered, I promised myself that I would never take that second chance for granted. That experience gave me the determination to keep moving forward, no matter how difficult the journey became,” said Saurabh Singh, Founder of Captiviz Digital Private Limited.

Following his recovery, Singh immersed himself in mastering performance marketing, paid advertising, customer acquisition, lead generation, and digital growth strategies. With no financial safety net or professional network to rely on, he started independently, handling every aspect of the business himself—from acquiring clients and designing campaigns to executing strategies, analysing performance, preparing reports, and managing customer relationships.

What began as a one-person operation gradually evolved into Captiviz Digital Private Limited, a performance marketing company that works with businesses across multiple industries. The company delivers growth-focused marketing solutions through platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital acquisition channels, helping brands improve visibility, generate qualified leads, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

As the business expanded, Singh transitioned from being a freelancer to building an organisation. The journey required him to develop leadership capabilities, establish operational systems, manage client relationships, and build a team capable of delivering consistent results while maintaining a customer-first approach.

One of the milestones he values most is creating employment opportunities through the company’s growth.

“Building a team has been one of the most fulfilling achievements of this journey. It represents far more than business growth—it means creating opportunities for others to learn, contribute, and build meaningful careers while growing together,” he added.

Singh also credits his family and his fiancée for being his strongest pillars of support throughout the journey. While they could not provide financial resources or business infrastructure, their constant encouragement gave him the confidence to persevere during periods of uncertainty and self-doubt.
