With a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from the University of Calicut and a post-graduate diploma in sports nutrition from the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Dr. Alex combines traditional wisdom with modern expertise. His mastery in Dry needling, Kinesiology Taping, Manual Therapy modalities, Acupuncture, and more reflects his commitment to holistic healthcare. With a rich professional career, Dr. Alex has worked with athletes at various levels, earning accolades such as the Best Editor Award from the Ayurveda Medical Association of India and the Young Contributor Award from the Sports and Games Welfare Association, Kerala. As the first Malayali Ayurveda doctor to complete the prestigious IOC sports nutrition course, Dr. Alex’s contributions extend to being the Chief Consultant of Sports & Games Welfare Association, Thodupuzha, and the sports injury consultant for Dronacharya Thomas Master Athletic Academy.
