Although not having been formally unveiled in India, the Jimny is a well-liked little off-road vehicle in the European and Australian markets.

To celebrate the car's distinguished heritage, the Japanese manufacturer Suzuki has created a "Heritage Special Edition" edition. It has four color schemes: Black Pearl, Jungle Green, White, and Medium Grey, as well as retro-inspired decals and red mudflaps. There will be 3,000 units made in total.


The Jimny is the most cheap SUV in the world because to its direct four-wheel-drive (4WD) system and retro-inspired yet functionally famous as design. It first appeared as a little off-road vehicle in the late 1970s.

It rose to fame due to its portability and compact size. Soon, India will get a practical five-door version of the rugged off-roader.

The Suzuki Jimny Heritage Special Edition is only available in the three-door variant. Clamshell bonnet, rounded LED headlights, blacked-out grille with vertical slats, squared-off ORVMs, flared wheel arches, and black cladding are the SUV's distinguishing features.

Moreover, it receives red mudflaps, retro-inspired decals, and five-spoke alloy wheels. The spare wheel is put on the tailgate and the taillights are located on the bumper.

The limited-edition Suzuki Jimny Heritage Special Edition's 1.5-liter inline-four K-series petrol engine is paired to a 5-speed manual transmission with the brand's "AllGrip" four-wheel-drive system. The mill can produce a maximum of 103 horsepower and 134 Nm of torque.

The Suzuki Jimny Heritage Special Edition's interior has a roomy four-seater interior, an all-black console, a "Jimny Heritage" luggage tray, special limited-run badging, quality fabric upholstery, automatic temperature control, and an Is. steering wheel wrapped in leather.

The SUV has a semi-digital instrument cluster and an infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Many airbags shield occupants in the event of a collision.

Only available in Australia, the Suzuki Jimny Heritage Special Edition costs $33,490. (Rs 18.54 lakh approximately). It is often offered in White and Black Pearl, Jungle Green, and Medium Gray colorations, each of which costs $695 more than the White version (about Rs. 38,500).
