Creative Economy Forum Season 4 Concludes in New Delhi, Beat of Life Entertainment Joins as Digital Media Partner

Held on  September 18–19, 2026, at the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi , the forum explored the intersection of creativity, enterprise, technology, intellectual property, culture and global markets through knowledge sessions, policy dialogues, fireside conversations, panels, spotlight sessions and a closed-door roundtable.

Beat of Life Entertainment (BLE)  was associated with the fourth season of the forum as its Digital Media Partner, supporting the event’s digital visibility and amplification.

Creative Leaders, Policymakers and Industry Voices Come Together

CEF Season 4 opened with an inaugural session titled “The Rise of Creative India,” featuring  Supriya Suri, Founder of Creative Economy Forum; Dr. Tim Curtis, Director & Representative, UNESCO Regional Office for South Asia; and Leena Singh, Co-Founder, Ashima Leena . The opening conversation focused on building a stronger and more globally connected creative economy for India.

Across the two days, the forum brought together voices from live entertainment, media, fashion, public arts, cultural infrastructure, technology, intellectual property and emerging creative businesses.

Day One featured industry and policy leaders including  Harindra Singh, Chairman & Managing Director, Percept; Anil Makhija, COO – Live Entertainment & Venues, BookMyShow; Shri Prithul Kumar, Joint Secretary, Broadcasting, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting; Deepak Choudhary, President – EEMA and Founder & MD, Eva Live & Eventfaqs Media; and Aayushman Sinha, Founder & CEO, Represent , among others.

The programme also highlighted emerging creative businesses and entrepreneurship. Sessions featured  PeekTV co-founders Priyanshi Sharma and Vedanta Agarwal , while  Yajur Sindhwani, Vice President – Growth, Madverse , represented the independent-artist entrepreneurship ecosystem. Discussions around fashion, public arts and cultural infrastructure included voices such as  Harpreet Narula, Leena Singh, Sanjay Nigam, Sana Rezwan, Feroz Gujral, Saba Ali, Abhishek Singh and Shaili Chopra .

International Participation and Creative Diplomacy

International collaboration was another significant part of CEF Season 4.

The cultural diplomacy programme included  H.E. Kenneth Felix Haczynski da Nobrega, Ambassador of Brazil; H.E. Hanisha Jairam, Ambassador of Suriname; H.E. Chandradath Singh, High Commissioner of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago; Mashudubele Sedula Mamabolo, Counsellor Political (Multilateral), South Africa High Commission, New Delhi; and Yougan Tamang, Press Secretary to HCM, Government of Sikkim .

Moderated by  Manish Chand , the discussion explored creative capital, international collaboration and the role of culture in global engagement.

AI, Creative IP and the Business of Entertainment

Day Two shifted attention towards  India’s creative intellectual property, global cultural positioning, artificial intelligence and screen entertainment .

The programme featured  Sourabh Pateriya, Founder & CEO, Soundverse; Jitendra Mishra; Sanjay Gupta of Raj Comics; Siddharth Jain; Shri Ateesh Kumar Singh; HH Yuvraj Yeshwantrao Holkar of Indore; Rajiv Arora; and Karishma Swali , alongside creative-technology voices including  Anurag Tiwari, CV Rao and Rahul Regulapati .

A conversation on human-AI collaboration was moderated by  Uday Pratap Singh, Senior Editor, NewsX .

The business behind screen successes and challenges was also discussed in a session featuring  Vicky Bahri, Aparna Purohit and Rohit Dalmia , moderated by  Rajeev Masand .

Beat of Life Entertainment Supports CEF Season 4 as Digital Media Partner

CEF Season 4 Culminates with CGVI Awards

The two-day forum concluded with the  Creative Global Voice of India Awards (CGVI) , preceded by an exclusive  Black-Tie Red-Carpet Reception . According to CEF, the awards marked the culmination of the gathering and its focus on recognising creative businesses and institutions from across India.

Reflecting on the fourth season,  Supriya Suri, Founder, Creative Economy Forum , said that CEF Season 4 brought together conversations spanning finance and technology, talent and intellectual property, culture and international markets, while creating a space for creative leaders, policymakers and institutions to exchange ideas about building a more connected and globally competitive creative economy.
