The origins of Ravinaaz are inseparable from the personal journey of its founder.

Dr Raveena Chhabrani began her academic path early, but marriage during her college years briefly interrupted her studies—an experience not uncommon for women negotiating social expectations. What might have remained an unfinished chapter, however, gradually transformed into a narrative of perseverance and reinvention.

While balancing family life and motherhood, she quietly rebuilt her academic and professional trajectory. Years later, that determination culminated in earning a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva.

Her career since then has unfolded across diverse and seemingly contrasting domains—digital marketing, education technology, coding, data science, academic mentoring, and entrepreneurship—each contributing to a broader understanding of modern business ecosystems.

Dr Chhabrani has also worked as an online facilitator for MBA and postgraduate learners across international education platforms, engaging with students connected to institutions in Australia and other global programmes.

Prior to launching Ravinaaz, she founded Ode to Infinityy, a digital marketing and consulting initiative established during the COVID-19 era to support businesses navigating the sudden acceleration toward digital transformation.

Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she has remained deeply committed to intellectual and professional development. Her learning journey includes executive education in corporate governance for directors and CXOs, specialised training in ESG strategy and governance, and programs exploring the emerging role of generative artificial intelligence in business and career development.

She also completed the Foundations of Entrepreneurship programme under the Women Startup initiative at NSRCEL, the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, strengthening her understanding of innovation-driven enterprise.

With formal exposure to diamond grading through the Indian Diamond Institute and specialised training in jewellery design, she began experimenting with forms that could reinterpret traditional craftsmanship through contemporary aesthetics.

She has also studied fashion design from industry experts, an experience that informs her work today as she offers personal styling alongside Ravinaaz jewellery—bringing together adornment, fashion, and individuality into a cohesive expression of personal elegance.

Over time, what began as creative exploration gradually crystallised into the founding vision of Ravinaaz.
